Reminders are not firing
Open iOS Settings, then Notifications, then Gangway, and allow notifications. Check that a Focus mode or Scheduled Summary is not holding alerts. In Gangway, open Settings and confirm your reminder lead times are on. After changing a stop time, save the stop again so its reminders are rescheduled.
How do I change a time zone?
Open the trip, tap the port stop and change Port time zone. The countdown then uses that port's local time. Ship time offset is a separate field for ships that run on a different clock.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings in Gangway and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
